The penthouse apartment is much larger than the average apartment with 132m2 of indoor living space and an additional 124m2 of sea view terraces. Most 2 bedroom apartments tend to be around 70-90 m2 with terraces of about 30m2.

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard with all the comforts of home. Guests have the use of a modern range of furniture and electrical appliances, free high speed wifi internet, air conditioning and heating (sometimes required in the winter months).

For families and multiple couples alike the well thought out apartment layout gives, in effect, two self contained separate suites, each with their own entrance doors and private bathrooms, at opposite corners of the apartment.

The apartment can be entered on foot from the well groomed gardens, or directly by lift from the private underground parking which is accessed via remote control garage doors. Either way you then take the stairs or lift up to the top (2nd) floor. The apartment occupies the whole of the top floor of the block, and has no directly attached neighbours on either side.
